What This Is

The Yours & Ours Rentals & Loans Program offers approved clients short-term access to curated archive designer pieces for styling in editorials, music videos, campaigns, commercials, events, and film/TV.

  • Availability: Only for clients in Atlanta & New York.
  • Eligibility: Corporations, production teams, influencers, artists (musicians, models, etc.), and other industry professionals.
  • Not for personal or individual use.

This is not a casual pull system — it is a contract-bound, deposit-enforced program. 

Approved Rental Reasons

We approve rentals for:

  • Editorials (unpaid) – Discounted or free with content & credit required

  • Music Videos – Flat fee; one-time styling rental (no license window)

  • Campaigns / Paid Shoots – Brand shoots, lookbooks, etc. (standard commercial rates)

  • Red Carpet / Press Events – One-day rentals, high visibility (full deposit often required)

  • Film / TV – Longer holds (up to 10 days), may require insurance or full-value deposit

We do not rent for personal styling, social media “flexing,” or try-ons. No sub-loaning or unapproved third-party pickups.

Rental Lengths

  • Short-Term: 1–3 days (most jobs)

  • Extended: 4–10 days (productions or large campaigns only)

  • Longer than 10 Days: Requires a Zoom consultation with our team

Pricing Structure (Based on Item Value)

Flat Handling Fee: $30–$75 (per piece, depending on rarity)

  • Editorials (zines, press): 10–15% of value/day

  • Music Videos: 15–20% of value/day (flat fee optional)

  • Campaigns / Commercial Work: 25–30% of value/day

  • Influencer / Paid Styling: 20–25% of value/day

  • Red Carpet / Events: 25–30% flat; 100% deposit often required

  • Film / TV: 25–35% of value/day (depending on risk & hold time)

💡 Note: Higher risk or commercial monetization = higher fee.

Mandatory Fees

  • Cleaning Fee: $35–$50 per item

  • Deposit: 50%–100% of item value (based on rarity/risk)

  • Late Fee: 100% surcharge per item, per day

  • Damage/Soiling Fee: Case-by-case assessment

  • No-Show Fee:

    • Returns – Rental voided, payment held & full item price charged

    • Pick-Ups – Rental voided & 50% of deposit refunded if item wasn’t released

  • Loss: 100% replacement value

Return Deadlines

  • Pickup/Drop-Off: By 12PM EST on return date

  • Shipping: Provide live tracking by 3:30PM EST showing package acceptance
    Grace period: 1 hour. Late = daily late fee.

Rental Process

  1. Client submits rental request form (usage type, item needs, dates)

  2. Yours & Ours reviews client (portfolio, IG, referral)

  3. If approved, we send:

    • Rental contract

    • Item appendix (value, deposit, condition notes)

    • Payment link via Stripe/Square (deposit via PayPal or Square)

  4. Client signs contract & pays

  5. Pickup or insured shipping arranged

  6. Return confirmed (staff or tracking)

  7. Items inspected within 48 hours

  8. Deposit refunded (minus any applicable fees)

Client Requirements

  • Must be 18+

  • Signed rental contract

  • Valid government-issued ID (matching responsible party)

  • Declared usage type

  • Full payment & deposit upfront

  • Confirmed pickup/return plan

  • Editorial clients must deliver content within 7 days of publication

  • Credit format: “Styling: Yours & Ours Archive”

Rules & Enforcement

  • No swapped/fake returns
  • No drop-offs without staff confirmation
  • No unauthorized third-party pickups
  • No claiming items as your own archive
  • No unpaid damage, ghosted pickups, or payment issues

If policies are broken:

  • Late return → daily late fee per item

  • Lost/unreturned item → charged full value

  • Fake/swapped item → treated as theft (police involved)

  • No confirmed return → daily late fee until returned; possible full-value charge

  • Fraudulent client info/payment → blacklisted & reported

  • Repeat credit violations → blacklisted

We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and is unused and a partial refund when the packaging can not be accounted for.

Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs.

Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

Products under warranty should be handled with care.

If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Standard delivery usually takes around 7 business days. Please note that with the state of the global pandemic, orders may arrive later than usual.
